Biography
Sharon Slater, president of Family Watch International, has come to understand up close and personal the powerful forces mounted against the family. As a stay at home mom she first learned about the efforts to undermine the traditional family, and she has worked ever since as a pro family advocate at the United Nations and at the national, state and local level.
In Stand for the Family she shares firsthand accounts and backs them with empirical evidence, aiming to make people aware of what is happening behind closed doors, to equip legislators, policymakers, educators and citizens with tools to take an effective stand, and to gather good people everywhere to defend the mother and father family.
